Designer and TV star Thom Filicia is launching a new collection of fabrics with Kravet. Mayo Studios was asked to photograph this exciting line.
The goal was to convey a sense of lifestyle featuring a graphic composition of home furnishings. Collaborating here at our studio with Kravet's creative team and Mr. Filicia, on set we produced an elegant and inspired series of images.

Sugar or Waffle Cone?
We've just experienced record-setting temperatures here in the city - so this month we asked: Where can you go to cool off with the best ice cream in New York City?
- Roberto, Photographer: "If you would like to see a real Italian ice cream shop - visit Grom on the Upper West Side."
- Polott, Studio Manager: "At Sundaes and Cones I had the best Coconut ice cream ever - really buttery!"
- Billy, Carpenter: At Serendipity they have a Chocolate Brownie Float that is 2 feet high. The whole place is decorated like a kid’s fun house.
The band Concave Scream created this interactive music player that invites visitors to pair abstract visuals (derived from book covers) with their original music.
