Issue 1: March 2009
Working the Blank Canvas
Every day, for over 50 years, we come to the Studio to create and execute a unique plan for each image. And just like you, we want to wow our customers. How do we get there? Which colors, which accessories and accents do we want to use…what furniture and props will convey just the right message and help sell this product?
We have to do more than just document our clients’ designs. Each image should tell a story.
Sometimes our mission is to create aspirations. Other times we try to depict affordability.
At all times we imagine the image. Then make it.

Adobe's visual aid for color palette creation is informative and very cool. Once you arrange your combinations you can even export them to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
